The Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the infrastructure project as part of the Evolve programme.
Key responsibilities include:
Requirements gathering
Process modelling using BPMN 2.0
Conducting workshops
IT operations management
The Person: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
Experience in a relevant industry -Higher Education
Previous involvement in delivering infrastructure projects
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Proficiency in writing requirements
Workshop facilitation skills
Gap analysis expertise
Experience in mapping IT operating processes
Knowledge of Zabbix is desirable
