In a Project Management – Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs. This position is being filled by the CQX -Client Quality Experience CoE for TechDev, specifically improved Intake for TechDev for better Triage. This enablement center to improve quality of software and positive client experience. This includes quality governance, test automation, tools standardization, improve triage for TechDev. This position is part of the Tech Dev group that includes development and quality assurance for software services. The team is global with members in the US and India. Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams. Managing project risk and assisting with problem resolution. Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams. Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories. Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams. Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams. Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria. Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested. Applies Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product. Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements. Other related duties assigned as needed. Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles. Advanced skills with project management software. Strong negotiation, organization, management, analytical and people skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors) PMP Certification Knowledge of FIS products and services Knowledge of financial services industry A career at FIS is more than just a job.
