Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Operations department in Frankfurt. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to €90,000. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project details, managing technical submittals, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend project start-up meetings and become familiar with all project details and specifications.

* Collate and manage technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and approved.

* Raise and manage Requests for Information (RFIs).

* Manage the labour tracker and maintain weekly progress reports, addressing any changes or variations.

* Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.

* Oversee the coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.

* Ensure adequate materials are available to complete the project.

* Implement and manage construction and commissioning programs.

* Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvements.

* Manage the clients handover process and maintain the clients Document Management System.

* Schedule project-specific activities.

* Hold meetings with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

* Attend general site meetings and action points raised.

* Communicate innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D).

Qualifications

* Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.

* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.

* Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.

* Experience supervising teams.
