SDR required join small expanding team for a SaaS provider of HR and Payroll Solutions. You will have experience in lead generation / new business development of SaaS, software or technology solutions and keen to work in a tech company. Hybrid/Remote– must be able to go to the London office at least once a week. Attend exhibitions, events, internal meetings occasionally.

Salary: £27k - £33k plus commission + Bonus

As a Sales Development Representative you will generate new business opportunities and qualify potential customers. Work with sales and marketing teams to build and execute prospecting campaigns, qualify marketing leads, schedule demos and manage your own sales pipeline to ensure your quota is achieved.

Experience:

* SDR, Lead Generation or New Business experience in a tech company.

* Experience in prospecting activities including outbound calling, emailing and social media.

* Strong phone and email communication skills - able to articulate complex ideas easily to various audiences.

* Technology enthusiast – will have used some of: HubSpot, LinkedIn Nav, Salesloft, 6Sense, Lusha, Outreach, Xing etc.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* An interest in SaaS, Cloud products and staying up to date with industry and market trends.

* Ability to work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment, with strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Comfortable working in a remote environment, independently and as part of a team

* If you have worked in B2B SaaS space within HR, HCM, Payroll, LMS or Recruitment that would be ideal.
