Role: Experienced Quantity Surveyor Location: Greater Manchester

Package: £50,000, Pension, Annual allowance of 27 days, and Incentive Scheme

Your Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the financial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
Prepare and review contracts, tender documents, and procurement strategies.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
Monitor and analyze project costs, variations, and valuations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting to senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quantity surveying and construction management.What We Offer:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
Degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction estimating software.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
