Water Treatment Equipment Engineer

Job Title: Water Treatment Equipment Engineer.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £25k - £40k + Training + Benefits

Our client is a longstanding and leading name in the Water Treatment Industry. They are now seeking to take on a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to cover Healthcare, Industrial, Domestic and Food & Beverage sites across the Central Belt of Scotland. You will ideally hold an industry recognised qualification and will be familiar with installing, maintaining, and servicing water softener, chlorine dioxide units and reverse osmosis systems. You will be working alongside our clients dedicated team of engineers.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Hamilton, East Kilbridge, Paisley, Coatbridge, Kilmarnock, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Kincardine, Stirling, Edinburgh, Penicuik, Dunfermline, Kirkaldy.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have extensive experience working as an equipment engineer for an established Water Treatment company.
" Will hold the Electrical Engineering qualification or electrical qualification (17th or 18th edition).
" Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
" Excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety guidelines.

The Role:
" Attending Healthcare, Industrial, Domestic and Food & Beverage site, carrying out installations, maintenance, and servicing of water softeners, chlorine dioxide units and reverse osmosis systems.
" Undertaking pre-work assessments.
" Installing and replacing reverse osmosis systems.
" Carrying out fault finding on site, ensuring that any issues are rectified in a timely manner.
" Installing and replacing UV filtration and chemical dosing equipment.
" Ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
" Producing detailed reports based on site findings, ensuring reports are retuned to clients in line with agreed timelines.
