Salary: £30k - £40k + uncapped commission

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (flexible start and finish times).

Our client, a reputable company, is seeking a talented and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join their small, close-knit team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for outbound sales activities, lead generation, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively generate and qualify leads through phone calling and data gathering.

* Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and clients.

* Pass qualified leads to the Sales Manager for detailed follow-up.

* Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Essential Qualities:

* Familiarity with working in a family business environment.

* Ambitious growth mindset with a proactive sales approach.

* Outgoing personality with excellent interaction skills.

* Experience in B2B sales and working with brand owners.

Desirable Qualities:

* Not overly detail-oriented, with a focus on generating results.
