An exciting opportunity has opened for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager at a very well-established Global FMCG company based in Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role.

Duties Include:

Inputting invoices onto the trading and financial system
Coordinating Purchase Ledger accounts
Checking, reconciling costs relating to invoices
Charges against purchase orders
Chasing copies of supplier invoices
Weekly supplier payment runs, querying bank accounts details with suppliers
Other responsibilities to be discussed in more detail

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar role
FMCG Experience (Desirable)
An AAT Qualification (Desirable)
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
