SENIOR SITE MANAGER

SALARY £65,000 - £75,000
O'Neill & Brennan are working with a market-leading Developer based in London, who are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager on one of their schemes.
The mixed-use development will consist of up to 2000 units plus commercial space, with each phase consisting of up to 400 units.
We are looking for a Senior Site Manager who is able to present clearly how they control and manage health & safety, quality control and sustainability as well as the normal day to day running of their team on a large scale building site.
You will be responsible or all internals and overseeing all Site Managers on the phase.
To be the successful candidate, you must have experience working on mixed-use developments for a Developer previously, and have experience predominantly managing internals.
