Sydenham and Orpington, with 23 shops across the Bromley Borough. Community outreach spans 1.6 million individuals in Lewisham, Lambeth, Southwark, Bromley, and Croydon. Our workforce comprises 600+ employees supported by 1,350 volunteers.

As our Technical Lead, we are looking for someone to be able to craft, implement, and optimise brand-new solutions in Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure technologies.

Responsibilities include:

Providing leadership and direction with managing M365 cloud-based services.

Lead the management of our Microsoft Modern Workplace environment, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical support.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organisation’s IT infrastructure.

Identify opportunities to optimise IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to enhance overall efficiency, security, and scalability.

To Be Successful in the Role:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in IT management and expertise in cloud technologies.

Experience required in delivering IT technical services within a small to Medium MSP organisation.

Experience configuring and administering Azure Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS).

Microsoft 365 product suite, including but not limited to: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive

Experience work on projects, leading design and implementing development

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience with cloud migration and integration projects.

Knowledge of cloud security best practices.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
