Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home, adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

•Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance the team's skills.

Requirements:
•Possess a Level 5 Diploma in children's residential care.
•Previous experience in managing residential children's homes.
•Ideally, hold registration with Ofsted and possess familiarity with their regulations.
•Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead both staff and children.
•Proven experience in team leadership and supervision.
