About the Role:
As a People Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, and ensuring seamless HR operations. You will collaborate with a passionate team across Scotland and the UK, contributing to the organisation's mission to conserve and repair wild landscapes.
This is a contract position for 3 - 6 months, initially.
Your Impact:
* Champion the successful adoption of a new People System, becoming a go-to resource for staff.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of the overall People Strategy, driving key initiatives forward.
* Provide essential support for recruitment administration, on-boarding, and legal compliance.
* Collaborate with colleagues on various people-focused projects and initiatives.
* Ensure the People team delivers a high-quality service, with efficient administration and clear processes.
What We're Looking For:
* Nurturing: Builds positive relationships with colleagues at all levels and external partners.
* Analytical: Evaluates information to make sound decisions, challenges assumptions, and seeks deeper insights.
* Resilient: Maintains a positive outlook and bounces back from setbacks with ease.
* Experienced: 1-3 years in HR administration and systems, 2-3 years in recruitment/selection.
* Skilled: Applies HR metrics, understands compliance matters, and is process-oriented.
* Innovative Thinker: Brings fresh ideas, communicates effectively, and takes initiative.
Qualifications:
* Degree level or equivalent.
* Relevant qualifications or evidence of continued professional development.

* Competitive salary: £26,676
* Employer pension contribution of 5%.
* Flexible working arrangements (3 days from home).
* 25 days holiday (pro-rata).

Location:
Based primarily in Pitlochry Monday and Tuesday then the other 3 days from home
