HR Administrator - part time

Are you looking for a part time HR Administrator position? Do you have previous HR experience? We are recruiting for a part time HR Administrator for a 1 year fixed term contract. You must be available to work :18 hours a week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (days and hours of work are negotiable). Minimum of 5 hours per day. Hybrid working is available after training period.

As HR Administrator you will:

Keep personnel records up to date
Prepare new starter induction packs and documentation
Deal with HR queries
Assist with reference checks
Support the HR team with general administrative dutiesAs HR Administrator you will be :

Self-motivated
Organised, conscientious, and hard-working
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work as part of a successful team
Good IT skills using Excel
Candidates with previous HR experience is extremely desirable but not essential
