An ECommerce Manager is required to strategically implement usage of ECommerce platforms, to drive future sales and growth for this highly successful business. As E-Commerce Manager you will focus on platforms to compliment the Amazon platform, which is well established for the company.
As the E-Commerce Manager, you'll play a crucial role in implementing key strategic initiatives, aimed at driving future sales and growth across all ECommerce platforms, with a particular focus on new avenues. This position is supported by a highly experience Head of ECommerce who will support and train you through you career, alongside a great marketing and strategy team.
The duties will include
* Collaborating with the colleagues to define the ECommerce strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, through market research and analysis, you will identify trends and opportunities.
* Taking ownership and managing all aspects of ECommerce strategy including; product assortment, pricing, promotional activities, customer experience, and channel expansion for ECommerce platforms other than Amazon.
* Translating the ECommerce strategy into actionable plans and initiatives that drive sales and growth across all platforms.
* Driving new revenue channels in other sectors such as potential online retail specialists,or healthcare providers.and creating and buildinging those online accounts.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and supply chain
* Monitoring progress, analysing results, and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
* Leading the development and execution of strategies to maximize sales and profitability on multiple platform, conducting regular performance analyses and improvements.
* Proactively identifying growth opportunities within existing ECommerce channels and exploring new avenues for expansion, both domestically and internationally.
* Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of ECommerce initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Key requirements and skills
* ECommerce experience on multiple platforms.
* Various ECommerce platform experience, whilst this can predominately be Amazon, this roles purpose is to open to other platforms
* Ability to create and implement direction & strategy
* Proactive and positive approach to solving problems and creating change
* A passion to make a real impact in a growing company.
