We are looking for a suitably skilled and experienced person for 21 hours a week for a National social housing service. This is a temporary position which the potential to become permanent for the right person.
The Housing Officer role covers arrears management, repairs and maintenance and fire safety action and would suit anyone who has worked in social or council housing services before.
Covering schemes in the Black Country, Staffordshire, Coventry and Walsall. Knowledge of MIS housing software desirable.
21 hours a week 9am - 5pm Working from home with occasional working from site and scheme visits.
You will need to have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the nateure of the role. An enhanced DBS on the update service is also needed,or be willing to complete a new DBS application for the role.
Working with Blu tech you will receive weekly pay, will accrue paid annual leave hours, be provided access to free update training where appropriate, with certificates provided, and be given a named consultant as your main point of contact.
