We are delighted to be partnering with an established FMCG Manufacturing business in the North Yorkshire who are recruiting an Operations Manager.
Reporting to the Group Operations Director – you will be responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and developing your team. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills within a well-established and continually growing business. They are interested in high-level candidates with varied level of experience who want to progress in their careers.
This role will lead a team up 25, whilst driving a strong safety, quality and continuous improvement culture. The successful candidate will have experience leading teams within a FMCG manufacturing environment across operations and have some exposure to engineering.
