Wellmark’s Market Solutions team is instrumental in driving the company's growth and success by continuously innovating and delivering high-quality commercial health and Medicare products and services that meet the needs of customers and maintain a competitive edge in the market. They contribute to the company's strategic goals by identifying opportunities for expansion, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
In this role, you will help define, manage, and provide support of the product lifecycle within a segment of the business. This role will have a specific focus on cultivating and maintaining relationships with Wellmark’s ancillary (dental, vision, etc.) vendors. You will maintain a strong knowledge base of our ancillary offerings and work closely with Wellmark’s sales teams to better position them in the market and with our clients. You will be expected to maintain a strong understanding of Wellmark's product and service offerings, assist with discovery/research, delivery and execution, and product management/maintenance alongside your market solutions peers. As a member of the team, you will support market segment initiatives, updates/maintenance of product roadmaps, launch of new products, and management of existing portfolios.
