You are part of the CS&L organisation, which is responsible for end-to-end management of pallets across DCs and PVM sites, customer care for intercompany movement, and order processing. This role will handle pallet records, pallet inspection process, and liaising pallet supplier and customer care activities
Description
- Hold accountability for adherence to end-to-end pallet management process and ways of working at each site.
- Collaborate with local export teams on orders & forecast assuring no overlapping PO's & Forecasting.
- Collaborate with customers to improve performance.
- Regular reporting demand bias vs budget, LE, previous periods.
- Working on a daily basis with Oracle.
