Your next adventure awaits here!We are looking for our future multi-tasking guardian angel to independantly manage our daily office life and to support our Managing Directors in the day-to-day business.
You will be responsible for the facility management of our amazing office in Munich (Möhlstrasse) from dispatching communication to the right teams, to organizing internal and external meetings and events and supporting the organization of travels and appointments.
You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our company for various projects. Having a flexible attitude is important, as is being able to communicate with colleagues across the business, nationally and internationally.
Independent organization of the office
Administrative support for projects
Organization of internal and external meetings and events
Administrative responsibility for the ordering process
Invoice processing and expense accounting
Preparing financial reports
File storage & archiving
Ensuring order & cleanliness, coordination of service providers if necessary
Maintenance of equipment (photocopy machine )
Organization of office supplies and inventory incl. maintenance of inventory lists
Running errands and taking over catering services
Post processing
Completed Business Degree or comparable professional training
A first professional experience in an international context
Confident handling of the programs of the MS Office package
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Organizational talent, good time management, flexibility
Forward thinking and initiative
High level of communication skills, team spirit, friendly and professional demeanor
