You’re an ex techy at heart, a proper doer, a fixer, a technologist with a strategic flare. You’ve progressed in your career through leadership and have made some real impact to date.
 
You’re now twitching, it’s all getting a bit samey and you’re looking for that next challenge. I’m working exclusively with a client in the financial services sector and in their own words, need a “visionary”. Someone to come in, drive change, support their digital and technology transformation, and build on their existing team.
 
Their right at the start of their digital transformation and you would play a key part in delivering the programme – a real opportunity to make your mark in this growing business.
 
LOCATION – Grantham. They do offer flexible working but are looking for candidates within a commutable distance. This is a brand-new role, therefore they are really looking for someone to be in the office more often than not, especially in the early days.
 
SALARY – Up to £120,000 basic with full package to be discussed
What do you need?
Working in FCA regulation is a MUST
Technical background with the willingness to be hands on when needed in the early days while building up teams
Experience bringing in structured ways of working and adopting best practices
A good understanding of what a successful team looks like and how to get the best out of them!
Empathy on business needs and solid stakeholder management skills. Here you will be talking to business users up to the private equity / board level / C-suite
History of taking a company successfully through a digital transformation
Rigour around governance process
Experience of vendor interaction / 3rd party supplier management
