Our client is a high profile and recognisable employer of choice based on the East Coast of Suffolk. Due to an internal secondment they are looking to recruit an interim HR Business Partner, initially for an 18 month contract. This is predominantly based onsite, with some flexibility and would suit HR professionals with a strong background in business partnering, ideally in a large scale and/or unionised environment.
Responsibilities include:
Providing support and guidance to stakeholders across a range of people initiatives
Executing reward, development and organisational design plans
Leading discussions on the impact of diversity and inclusion plans
Working with the Recruitment team, you’ll be developing initiatives around talent and succession mapping.
Candidates should be able to travel to the East Coast of Suffolk, be able to commit to the duration of the contract and have proven business partnering skills. CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential.
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to coach line managers and influence as appropriate to ensure successful outcomes.
