We are working with a leading local builder who specialise in the Education, Healthcare and Public Sector realm. They have asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to oversee their projects between Merseyside & Lancashire. You'll need to be a customer focussed Site Manager dedicated to completing works whilst maintaining good working relationships with clients.
Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager, ideally holding experience managing projects up to circa £3m.
You'll need to hold your SMSTS & First Aid - a CSCS card would be beneficial.
Their workstreams are throughout Merseyside & Lancashire so you'll need to be able to commute on a daily basis.
With a strong potential of follow on works, this company can provide stability.
