Job Title: 2x Cleaning Supervisor

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Location: Stevenage, SG1 area

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours a week

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

Demonstrated leadership experience or aspirations, evidenced by a track record of managing teams in a service-oriented environment.
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.
Exhibits resilience and adaptability, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Comfortable with computer literacy, proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and management.
Embraces a customer-focused mindset, with prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Preferably candidate with leadership skills, resilient, and HR experience with people management as well.In addition, we offer:
