Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join a thriving established insurance business. This role provides new and existing clients with guidance and advice to help them purchase the right insurance cover. The salary for this position is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum and also includes a further 20% commission, this role is located in Basingstoke.

Quoting new SME enquiries both through organic and non-organic sources
Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to both new and existing clients
Organising own workload to ensure a sufficient number of quotations are completed to achieve new business targets
Providing new and existing clients with guidance and advice to help them produce the right insurance cover
Ensuring the needs of every customer are met whilst working towards individual and team targetsKey Skills and Experience of a Sales Advisor:
Proficient with SME/Commercial Insurance products
Knowledge of FCA Regulations and compliance
Enthusiasm for Insurance and providing the very best experience for our customer
An ability to make informed decisions quickly
