TRAINEE PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

As a Trainee Production Operative, you'll be at the forefront of operations, learning the ins and outs of production processes and getting stuck in to daily tasks. Prior experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential as you will be provided with comprehensive training and support.
What you'll be doing:
Learning how to operate programs and machinery safely and efficiently.
Assisting with the assembly and production of our products.
Participating in quality control checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Collaborating with the team to optimize production methods and processes
Contributing ideas for improvements and innovation.
