Job Description
We believe in providing people with everything they need to do their best work and are looking for an Office Operations Manager to guide our growing Austin, TX Office. The Building Operations team is a key part of the organization and ensures that the company runs smoothly, employee perks are delivered thoughtfully, and office events happen flawlessly. Our Office Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of multiple sites and a team of Building Operations Generalists and Specialists. You will ensure we are adhering to best practices and are set up to scale in a fast and efficient way. You are an Office Management pro who is collaborative, detail-oriented, personable, and not easily frazzled by a high-growth company.
What you’ll do:
Oversee Workplace Experience team of the Austin Office as well as operations and workplace strategy in Willmar, MN, Portland, OR, and New Orleans, LA
Scale and build an amazing workplace environment that builds our vibrant culture
Schedule, organize action, prioritize tasks for the team and ongoing coaching
Enhance office systems by creating  and documenting processes to keep building operations efficient and in top-notch shape with high attention to detail
Fiscal responsibility for operational budgets for regional sites - Company meetings and events, operational expenses, and facility expenses
Manage annual strategy, planning, and forecasting of respective teams
Partner closely with multiple departments to meet the needs of the business, including but not limited to IT, Recruiting Coordination, and event planning
Mature our existing food and beverage, events, and onsite programs
What we’re looking for:
Experience maintaining a flexible and adaptable mindset while thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment.
5+ years in a leadership style office operations/workplace experience position
Demonstrated experience managing 5 or more direct reports across diverse locations.
Expertise in managing and overseeing department budgets exceeding $5 million, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Proficiency with Google Apps, MS Office Suite, web conferencing
Ability to work autonomously, exercising sound judgment while upholding organizational values.
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service, fostering employee satisfaction, and contributing to company expansion.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternatively, 5+ additional years of experience in managing direct reports
