Order Processor

Our client who is a manufacturer of bespoke glass and glazing products is expanding and is looking for a candidate with previous window, glass or glazing industry knowledge to join their busy Order Processing team in a full time opportunity. To be considered you must have strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
Main Duties
• Processing orders on the inhouse system
• Organisation and control of orders to ensure that each one is processed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Dealing with customer enquiries, face to face, on the phone and via email,
• Checking information with the Technical Department
• Dealing with suppliers on non-standard items
• Liaising closely with the Operations, Finance and Sales Teams throughout the life cycle of orders including dispatch.
• You will also be expected to support the team in other administrative duties as required.
Skills and Knowledge
• To be highly efficient and organised,
• An excellent eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• The ability to manage a pressurised workload will also be essential requirements for this role.
Additional Information
* £23-24K based on experience, to be reviewed after 3 months when probation is complete.
* Quarterly bonus/commission
