This company is actively seeking a Business Development Manager to join their commercial team. Role Summary:
* Identify and develop new business prospects within designated areas.
* Secure new agreements through direct visits, telecommunications, email communications, and social media interactions.
* Advocate for the company's services and reputation to all potential clients.
* Meet and surpass the financial objectives established by the company.
* Organize and present business proposals when necessary.
* Generate detailed monthly sales analyses, including a pipeline overview, for discussion during company sales meetings.
* Initiate first contact with potential leads by dispatching introductory correspondences.
* Maintain and manage national contract standards and conform to specific company protocols using specialized systems.
Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of three years in a B2B role focused on sales or business development.
* Previous experience in generator/ plant rentals, sales, or service is highly preferred.
* Holds a valid UK driver’s license.
* Excellent communicative abilities
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.
* Exhibits resilience and determination in their professional conduct.
