Compliance Manager role with a growing manufacturer based in Scunthorpe. With continued year on year growth the business is looking for a Compliance Manager to help ensure that all relevant regulations and standards are maintained.

My client is a highly successful UK based manufacturer who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their Scunthorpe site.

With an exceptional range of products supplied to a large customer base, this business is looking for an ambitious, driven and detail focussed Compliance Manager to add to their growing senior leadership team.

Description

Reporting directly into the Site Director, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring all products comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the market regulations, monitoring any changes and informing the SLT accordingly
Working closely with the R&D team to ensure all new product designs meet these requirements and standards
Reviewing existing products to maintain ongoing compliance
Developing policies and procedures for the wider company and conducting audits against these policies as necessary
Communicating with external certification bodies and all internal departments of the businessProfile

Successful candidates will have a strong manufacturing background and a good understanding of working with regulations.

You will also possess:

A strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, 45001
Strong interpersonal skills with experience of working inter-departmentally
Proven experience of managing compliance within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of NEBOSH/IOSH, Lean Six Sigma or ISO37301 would be advantageous but are not essentialJob Offer
