Your Project Manager role will involve;
* Guiding your site team from conception to completion.
* Identifying contract variations and making necessary adjustments.
* Compiling essential reports regarding programme and budget targets.
* Providing tender packages to subcontractors and suppliers.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience with a specialist or principal contractor
* Experience working on life sciences or mission-critical projects
* Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as industry-specific software.
* Sound expertise in budgeting and financial management.
