Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and staffing.
Ensure compliance with practice standards and policy.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to front-office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Monitor and evaluate front-office performance, implement quality improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an elective setting
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and customer relationship management software
