The role
* Leading the planning team consisting of 3 – lead planner, planning coordinator and planning manager.
* Reducing operational downtime through contingency management.
* Minimizing labour costs and production hours
* Ensuring all products are produced in line with Product specifications & QAS sheets.
* Coordination of labour and materials.
* Daily management and monitoring of stock levels.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a Planning role
* Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
* Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
* Good communication skills.
* Flexibility with regards to working hours.

If successful, the salary for this position is £45,000- £50,000
