A dynamic technology and communications company in Chelmsford is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their support team working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours a week) and paying £23,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on relevant skills and experience.

Key responsibilities for this Sales Administrator include but are not limited to:

Processing Customer details on various customer portals
Sales Order Processing onto the system
Stock Management (in pursuit of Sales Order processing you may need to order some stock to process sales orders)
Offer excellent customer service via phone and email
Dealing with courier companies in relation to customer orders
Dealing with phone enquiries in relation to customer orders and stock
Managing customer service inbox and ticketing systems
Other duties may include stock inventory takes, price and brand analysis
Skills Required:

Highly motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
Excellent Telephone manner and confident multitasker
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good punctuality and time management
Experience working in a sales administrator or call centre and customer service environment beneficial
Ability to take initiative and to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Previous stock order experience desirable
Touch typing desirable
