PropSource is a boutique, relationship-centric recruitment company working within the UK Property sector. We recruit at all levels of seniority across a varied client base consisting of Developers, Private Practice, Banks, Property Consultancies, Constructors and Corporates.
Following a sustained period of growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. Having recently moved into our new offices in Manchester City Centre, the working environment is modern, comfortable and professional – we are strong believers in giving you all the tools needed to excel in the role.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and matching candidates to permanent positions with a range of different clients. The role involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
You would be joining an established desk with a high-quality client-base with a market-leading commission scheme.
There is a dedicated training plan designed to develop all the relevant skills as well as a tailored progression plan with a HUGE focus on personal & professional development.
Desirable experience:
* Ideally 12+ months of prior sales experience.
* Be highly motivated, organised, target-driven with a determination to succeed.
* Have excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
* Be capable of liaising with candidates / clients, managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
* An eagerness to want to learn and a commitment to your self-development.
* Have a strong work ethic - A naturally competitive spirit.
The successful candidate in return will receive:
* £22,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
* Uncapped commission with ZERO threshold
