Sales Support Executive

The Role:

* First receiver for all incoming calls to the business building close relationships with all partners

* Provide excellent customer experience for all callers whilst capturing enquiries and assisting sales process

* Process sales and samples

* Support RM, ASM & SAM with admin for a territory

* Handle inbox overspill

* Resolve any issues for customers/partners in the territory

* Responsible for answering all incoming calls to the business

* Actively open up and record any opportunities from customers for the territory and allocate to SAM

* Process orders, sample, stock requests for territory

* Provide technical advice FTR

* Resolve any product issues or advise of changes to orders FTR 95%+

* Pro-actively engage with visitors to the website on Live Chat messages

* Investigate and process customer complaints and returns requests proactively

* Activate Warranty requests for territory

* Improve the quality of data in the CRM by updating contacts and data on Sales Force for territory

* Continuously improve product/job knowledge/sales skills through learning opportunities
