Operating as a Site Manager in London and you’re looking for a permanent role?
If you have a background with refurbishment within high-end residential and the educational sectors it could be time to consider moving on to a family-owned business that has invested over 30 years in the industry with a demonstrated successful track record in several market sectors.
With Red Sky Personnel supporting you throughout the process, you could be working with a close-knit team of skilled professionals and passionate individuals allocated to your project from start to finish.
Requirements to apply:
* Previous experience within the Educational and High-end residential refurbishment is essential.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience of being a “number one” in charge of running projects.
* Able to communicate well & build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors & other internal colleagues.
* Capable of reading & writing programs, including the use of MS Project.
* Capable of writing RAMS and completing other H&S paperwork.
* Good understanding of quality and how to achieve it.
* Must have SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Managers Card.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Commercial Vehicle provided
8am-5pm (typically)
28 days annual leave
