We are seeking to recruit a Business Support Administrator/Receptionist for a company based close to the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.
This is a part-time role and working hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday 930am to 230pm. Fridays 9am to 1pm.
Your main duties will be:
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in organizing office operations and procedures
- Utilize computer skills to support various office tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in clerical, reception and administrative roles is required.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with data entry processes
