Summary:

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to increase our clients online visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organised, be able to manage multiple client’s and communicate effectively with multiple internal teams. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and analytics. A track record of managing successful PPC campaigns across various platforms is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy and Implementation:

* Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.

* Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimise website content.

* Perform technical SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements.

* Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and other SEO tools.

* Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

* Tracking metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and time spent on page using platforms such as Google Analytics

* Monitoring and reporting on search trends and SEO performance

* Implementing link-building strategies

* Making suggestions for SEO-friendly content creation

* Optimising webpages for mobile devices

PPC Campaign Management:

* Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

* Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy to maximise ad performance and ROI.

* Monitor and adjust bid strategies, budgets, and targeting parameters to achieve campaign goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.

* 1+ years of experience in an SEO based role.

* Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices.

* Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google My Business etc.

* Experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.

* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
