Marketing Manager
Location: Coventry (WFH policy: 4 days office-based, 1 day from home)
Hours: 36.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

* Design integrated marketing campaigns to attract exhibitors and visitors
* Utilize data to drive marketing strategies, analyse KPIs, and draw actionable insights
* Craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure innovation and competitiveness
* Manage marketing budgets and collaborate with third-party agencies
Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
* 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
* Strong data-driven mindset with proven ability to derive conclusions from data
* Familiarity with AI in marketing, email automation, and latest industry trends
* KPI-focused with a track record of achieving measurable results
* Experience in the exhibition or events industry is highly desirable
