The role:
As the Commercial Sales Office Manager you will spearhead the booking process across multiple areas including bedrooms, meetings, events & weddings. Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop & execute revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenue across all revenue streams, including bedrooms, meetings, events & weddings
* Utilise revenue management tools & data analytics to produce accurate forecasts & set pricing strategies in line with these
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing & economic factors to identify revenue opportunities & adjust strategies accordingly
* Develop commercial action plans for each area of the business & lead on initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue & market share growth
* Build & maintain strong relationships with third party agents to drive sales & secure new business opportunities
* Team development & performance management
