Responsibilities:
- Lead transformative initiatives, bringing digital solutions to global markets and making an impact
- Manage and lead digital projects, focusing on identifying relevant success factors
- Bring early stage digital products to the market or internationalize existing digital products to further markets
- Assessing progress and profitability of digital projects, including business case evaluation and market expansion
- Drive projects to market and scale them effectively
- Collect insights from health care professionals to fulfill customer needs
- Ensure product supply and harmonization in healthcare across different countries
Qualifications:
- Being a strong executor in an innovative environment
- Bachelor or Master degree as MBA or comparable degree
- Proficiency in project management
- Strong ability to navigate within a corporate organisation
- Excellent communication and mediation skills
- Deep understanding of digital solutions
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
- Fluent in English
