Domestic - Social Housing
£40,000 - £44,000pa + Company Van + OTE
East London - Permanent Role
Workflow Recruitment are recruiting for a social housing Lead Electrician to carry out reactive and planned maintenance to occupied and unoccupied social housing properties in the East and North London area.
This is a Lead mobile Electrician role, traveling to domestic housing association properties to carry out Testing & Inspection. You will also be overseeing a small team of Electricians, both PAYE and Contract.

Lead Electrician Essential Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)
* 18th edition (essential)
* Full UK Driving License
* Experience in a similar role
* 2391 or equivalent (essential)
* Good Communication skills
* Gold ECS/JIB (Desired)
* At least 3 years experience working for Social Housing Contractor or Local Authority on domestic electrical repairs contracts (desirable)
