We have an exciting role as a Groups & Flights Travel Consultant for a well established and forward thinking travel company due to remarkable growth. This exciting role is ideal for a travel professional with experience in handling group travel within a hotel, corporate or leisure travel with phonemical customer service skills.
Groups & Flights Travel Consultant Duties:
· Arranging travel for corporate clients from flights to hotels, ground transportation and meeting rooms, and also managing flight-only bookings for the Groups team.
· Using online airline booking portals and GDS to book flights on an individual and group basis.
· Sourcing hotels according to budget and client requirements
· Managing booking and financial reports, as well as account management duties by building relationships with clients.
Groups & Flights Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
· UK based front of house hotel, Business Travel, Tour Operator or Travel Agency experience in group travel is essential.
· Excellent customer service skills - able to handle VIP clients
· Energy and enthusiasm!
· Happy to work within a hybrid role in the Kent.
