BASED CHESSINGTON, SURREY
ROLE
Reporting into the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the manufacturing environment and processes to achieve business goals. Priority tasks of the role include executing production schedules and allocating resources to produce safe and legally compliant products efficiently and cost effectively. To deliver success and growth by engaging and developing your team capacity and capability. You will adhere to Health and Safety standards at all times and you will be responsible for a team of 10 staff (1 Team Leader and 9 operatives).
CANDIDATE
You will have a strong proven track record leading a sizeable team within the Food Manufacturing sector. Experience supplying the UK Retailers would be desirable as would High Care/High Risk exposure. You will ideally have good experience developing Line Leaders. Above all you will be a strong character with excellent communication skills who can engage effectively with their team and drive performance at all levels. Progression prospects are good for the right candidate.

HOURS: 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFT PATTERN, 7PM-7AM NIGHTS
1.5 hours worth of breaks throughout the shift, 1 hour unpaid, 30 mins paid
Overtime available at 1.5 x basic rate
