Banking & Finance Solicitor/Associate - Southampton

As a member of the Banking & Finance team, you will work on both borrower and lender side transactions, providing support from the initial stages to deal completion. This will involve working on a wide range of deals, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions, and supporting the corporate and R&I teams on various projects. In addition to exposure to diverse work, you will have the chance to engage with clients, develop your networking skills, and contribute to the development of junior lawyers and trainees.
