Senior Planner / Construction Planner

I looking to speak with Planners or Senior Planners, to join a reputable main contractor based out of their Manchester office. The ideal Planner will have:

Experience working in Pre Con and live construction teams.
Experience in delivering schemes from £20-35m+ in value.
Comfortable in providing detailed reports to board level.
Experience using the planning tool - Asta.
Used to working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a can do, dynamic attitude.
A change leader who can initiate, implement and deliver change within their function.
You will have 1 direct report and solely oversee the Planning function of the business. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly developing main contractor, within the high rise residential /apartment sector.
