As the Quality Manager, you will play an integral role in maintaining our client's quality management system and driving continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the supply chain, performing internal audits, resolving quality issues with customers and suppliers, and managing change throughout the organisation.
To excel in this role, you should have a sound working knowledge of ISO 9001 and a systems-based approach to quality management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills.
Maintain our client's quality management system to ensure compliance with the latest standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
Identify and implement continual improvements across the organisation.
Manage and close out nonconformities.
Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.
Oversee the supply chain and conduct supplier audits.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving quality issues promptly and professionally.
Identify and manage business risks.
Drive change management initiatives within the organisation.
Qualifications and skills:
Sound working knowledge of ISO 9001.
Proven experience in quality management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a customer focus.
