Job Description
McDonald’s is on an exciting journey to transform our enterprise data, analytics, and AI function and turn our data into a winning advantage for the system. We are seeking a McDonald’s PMO lead to oversee the enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation program and coordinate all project management activities. This individual will lead a workstream focused on ensuring on time delivery of project objectives through project management rigor, communication of key project milestones and outcomes, and management of risks. The Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI team is responsible for turning the systems data into a winning advantage through delivery of data products, platforms, analytics, and services to the system.
Responsibilities
Provides leadership, direction, and support to the DAA program and workstream teams.
Collaborates with leadership and Accenture to define project objectives, scope, and delivery.
Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communication between the DAA program to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Leads strategic initiatives to optimize the project delivery process and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of the project.
Keeps track of the DAA program status to provide visibility to leadership.
Establishes a program governance framework and tracks workstream performance to monitor the project progress.
Directly influences the definition of the functional strategy of a corporate function and executes the strategy to drive the operational direction of a sub-function
