Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
Oversee and guide the agile development team, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and agile methodologies.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure the team delivers high-quality products.
Track project progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching the team in agile practices.
Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile development environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and other project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
