Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in Isle of Grain, Kent. As a Chef, you will be responsible for cooking, preparing food, and executing other chef duties to ensure the highest quality culinary experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the establishment.

* Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

* Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards and efficient service.

* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.

* Adapt to any changes in menu or ingredients and accommodate special dietary needs or requests.

Requirements:

* Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.

* Proven experience working as a Chef in a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
